Any cannabis establishment licensee or any servant or agent of a cannabis establishment licensee who sells or delivers any synthetic cannabinoid to any person shall be guilty of a class E felony. For purposes of this section, “synthetic cannabinoid” has the same meaning as provided in section 21a-240.
