Conn. Gen. Stat. § 22a-134ww: Liability protections of other provisions. Innocent landowner defense.

Nothing contained in sections 22a-134qq to 22a-134vv, inclusive, shall be construed to infringe upon or otherwise limit any liability limitations or protections for persons provided for under any provision of the general statutes. Nothing contained in this sections 22a-134qq to 22a-134vv, inclusive, shall be construed to authorize the use or application of the innocent landowner defense, established pursuant to section 22a-452d, to the provisions of sections 22a-134qq to 22a-134vv, inclusive.
