TITLE 22a. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
CHAPTER 446a. RADIATION AND RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 22a-137 or any other law or regulation to the contrary, section 22a-161 shall govern the storage, treatment and disposal of low-level radioactive waste.
