CHAPTER 446c. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL

The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection shall establish a small business stationary source technical and environmental compliance program to assist, within available appropriations, small business stationary sources in complying with the federal Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.
