TITLE 22a. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
CHAPTER 446c. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL

The commissioner may adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to implement the provisions of subsection (d) of section 22a-200a. Nothing in section 4a-67h, 22a-200 or 22a-200a or this section shall limit a state agency from adopting any regulation within its authority in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54.
