TITLE 22a. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
CHAPTER 446d*. SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT

The provisions of sections 22a-6a, 22a-6b, 22a-176, 22a-190 to 22a-193, inclusive, and 22a-231 to 22a-239a, inclusive, shall apply to any resources recovery plant or facility operating on or after July 1, 1986.
