Conn. Gen. Stat. § 23-61m: Action by officer, agent or person acting for or employed by arborist business.

In any proceeding regarding the denial, suspension or revocation of a certificate of registration, and any proceeding pursuant to section 23-61i, the action, omission or failure to act of any officer, agent or other person acting for or employed by the arborist business shall be deemed to be the action, omission or failure to act of the arborist business as well as that of the person employed.
