PART III. LICENSES AND PERMITS

Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection may adopt regulations in accordance with chapter 54 to establish and issue lifetime hunting and fishing licenses, permits and stamps and combinations thereof.
