CHAPTER 545. LIQUOR CONTROL ACT
PART VII. PROHIBITED ACTS, PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE

Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter for which a specified penalty is not imposed shall, for a first violation, be guilty of a class C misdemeanor, and for any subsequent violation, be guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
