Conn. Gen. Stat. § 32-235a: Bond proceeds to support prescription drug capacity.

The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development may utilize bond proceeds pursuant to section 32-235 to support prescription drug production capacity in the state, provided the commissioner may give preference to financial assistance applications that incorporate recommendations by the task force established pursuant to section 28-33 to prevent or mitigate prescription drug shortages.
