CHAPTER 578*. DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development shall give priority to any contractor or substantial subcontractor who is prequalified under section 4a-100 for participation in the Department of Economic and Community Development's bond guaranty program under public act 79-607*.
