Conn. Gen. Stat. § 38a-479rrr: Annual certification by health carriers.

Beginning on March 1, 2022, and annually thereafter, each health carrier shall submit to the commissioner, in a form and manner prescribed by the commissioner, a written certification for the immediately preceding calendar year, certifying that the health carrier accounted for all rebates in calculating the premium for health care plans that such health carrier delivered, issued for delivery, renewed, amended or continued during such calendar year.
