Except as provided in sections 42a-12A-301 to 42a-12A-306, inclusive, a transaction validly entered into before January 1, 2026, and the rights, duties and interests flowing from the transaction remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed, consummated or enforced as required or permitted by law other than the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted in this title, or, if applicable, this title, as though public act 25-145* had not taken effect.
