Conn. Gen. Stat. § 43-16a: Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

(1) “Commissioner” means the state Commissioner of Weights and Measures or the commissioner's designee;

(2) “Public weighmaster” means a natural person licensed under the provisions of this chapter; and

(3) “Vehicle” means any device in, upon or by which any property, produce, commodity or article is or may be transported or drawn.
