Conn. Gen. Stat. § 45a-630: (Formerly Sec. 45-47a). Application for appointment of guardian of the estate of a minor.

In the case of any application for the appointment of a guardian of the estate of a minor pursuant to the provisions of sections 45a-132, 45a-593 to 45a-597, inclusive, 45a-603 to 45a-622, inclusive, and 45a-629 to 45a-638, inclusive, the application shall state that such minor either is, or is not, receiving aid or care from the state, whichever is true.
