Conn. Gen. Stat. § 46a-68g: Prohibition against contracting with contractors who fail to comply with affirmative action and nondiscrimination requirements.

No awarding agency shall enter into a contract with any bidder or prospective contractor unless the bidder or prospective contractor has satisfactorily complied with the provisions of sections 4a-60, 4a-60g, 46a-56 and 46a-68c to 46a-68f, inclusive, or submits a program for compliance acceptable to the commission.
