CHAPTER 815p. UNIFORM CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT
PART I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

A child custody proceeding that pertains to an Indian child as defined in section 46b-116a is not subject to this chapter to the extent that it is governed by sections 46b-116 to 46b-116aa, inclusive.
