Conn. Gen. Stat. § 46b-116bb: Severability, applicability of provisions of Connecticut Indian Child Welfare Act.

If any provision of sections 46b-116 to 46b-116aa, inclusive, or their application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of said sections which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
