PART VII. SUPPORT PROCEEDING UNDER CONVENTION

Sections 46b-398 to 46b-410, inclusive, apply only to a support proceeding under the Convention. In such a proceeding, if a provision of sections 46b-398 to 46b-410, inclusive, is inconsistent with sections 46b-301 to 46b-394, inclusive, sections 46b-398 to 46b-410, inclusive, control.
