PART I. CONNECTICUT PARENTAGE ACT

Sections 46b-450 to 46b-553, inclusive, apply to a proceeding in which no judgment has entered before January 1, 2022, with respect to a person's parentage that has not already been adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction or determined by operation of law.
