Conn. Gen. Stat. § 5-248b: Regulations. Family and medical leave from employment.

The Commissioner of Administrative Services shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, which establish procedures and guidelines necessary to implement the provisions of section 5-248a, including but not limited to procedures for the periodic reporting by state agencies to the commissioner of their current experience with leaves of absence taken pursuant to said section.
