CHAPTER 931. CONNECTICUT INTERSTATE DEPOSITIONS AND DISCOVERY ACT

In applying and construing the provisions of sections 52-655 to 52-659, inclusive, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among the states that enact such uniform provisions.
