CHAPTER 97*. MUNICIPALITIES: GENERAL PROVISIONS

Reasonable charges may be made by a municipality, when necessary, to aid in the proper maintenance of recreational facilities developed on land acquired under sections 7-131d to 7-131k, inclusive.
