CHAPTER 127c. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING: GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Commissioner of Housing, in consultation with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, shall prepare the state's consolidated plan for housing and community development in accordance with 24 CFR Part 91, as amended from time to time.
