CHAPTER 138e. HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ZONES

The Commissioner of Housing shall adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 to establish such additional qualifications for designation as a housing development zone and such other requirements as necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
