CHAPTER 157. CITIZENS' ELECTION PROGRAM
PART I. PROGRAM

There is established the “Citizens' Election Fund”, which shall be a separate, nonlapsing account. The fund may contain any moneys required by law to be deposited in the fund. Investment earnings credited to the assets of the fund shall become part of the assets of the fund. The State Treasurer shall administer the fund. All moneys deposited in the fund shall be used for the purposes of sections 9-700 to 9-716, inclusive.
