D.C. Code § 1-328.06: Cultural and community affairs grants.

(a)

The Mayor may issue grants, in accordance with the requirements set forth in part B of this subchapter, to individuals and organizations that provide services to District residents to support cultural affairs, community relations, and community partnerships.

(b)

The Mayor shall provide centralized review and approval of grants issued pursuant to:

(1)

§ 2-1313(10);

(2)

§ 2-1392(c)(10);

(3)

§ 2-1398.02(b)(3);

(4)

§ 2-1373(c)(9);

(5)

§§2-1383(b)(11), (11A), and (12) and 2-1384;

(6)

§ 3-1452(b)(3);

(7)

§ 24-1302(b)(2)(L); and

(8)

§ 49-1003(6A).
