(a)

The advanced practice registered nurse may perform actions of medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, recommendation, and other functions authorized by this subchapter and any rules promulgated pursuant to this subchapter, or by Chapter 16B of Title 7.

(b)

Repealed.
