D.C. Code § 3-607.01: Combat Sports Commission Fund.

(a)

There is established as a special fund the Combat Sports Commission Fund ("Fund"), to be administered by the Commission in accordance with subsection (c) of this section.

(b)

There shall be deposited into the Fund:

(1)

All receipts collected by the Commission pursuant to § 3-607(b), (c), and (d); and

(2)

Any fines collected pursuant to § 3-608(c) or (d).

(c)

Money in the Fund shall be used to carry out the powers of the Commission set forth in § 3-606.

(d)

Any money remaining available in the Fund at the end of a fiscal year, as determined by the Chief Financial Officer in the fiscal year-end close, shall be transferred to the unassigned fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia as part of the fiscal year-end close.
