D.C. Code § 31-4121.06: Contents of ORSA Summary Report.

(a)
The ORSA Summary Report, and any additional requests for information, shall be prepared:
(1)
In consistence with the ORSA Guidance Manual; and
(2)
Using procedures consistent with § 31-707 and Chapter 14 of this title.
(b)
Documentation and supporting information shall be maintained for a period to be determined by the Commissioner and made available upon request of the Commissioner.
