D.C. Code § 32-1071.05: Rules.

(a)

The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, shall issue rules necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter, including:

(1)

When the requirement to modify or replace a services contract under § 32-1071.02(b)(4) shall apply;

(2)

Recordkeeping requirements for a hiring entity or a referral agency; and

(3)

Procedures for limiting the collection, retention, use, and disclosure of information related to the immigration status of individuals covered by this chapter.
