(a)
To maintain eligibility for Program assistance, an individual shall:
(1)
Maintain satisfactory academic progress;
(2)
Be a resident of the District throughout enrollment in Program training; and
(3)
Meet any other requirements determined by the WIC to be necessary or appropriate for Program participation.
(b)
(1)
In exchange for Program assistance, a Program participant shall agree to endeavor to remain a District resident for 6 months for each Program training course the participant completes.
(2)
The WIC shall establish requirements and procedures to administer this subsection.
