D.C. Code § 34-1815: Reporting.

As part of the annual appropriations request required by section 612(e), the Mayor shall submit a report to the Council addressing whether the 988 fee should be adjusted above the change in Consumer Price Index or another generally applicable inflationary index adopted by the District and providing performance metrics for the 988 Lifeline and the District's behavioral health crisis response system, including call volume, answer rates, average time to answer, staffing levels supported by the Fund, and disposition outcomes, including resolution by phone, referral to mobile crisis services, or referral to emergency departments.
