D.C. Code § 35-331: Definitions.

Where this section sits in the code

For the purposes of this chapter, the term:

(1)

"Board" means the Railroad Advisory Board established by § 35-332.

(2)

"Federal railroad safety laws" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 8-151.01(5B).

(3)

"Railroad carrier" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 8-151.01(11C).
