Chapter 16A. Uniform College Athlete Name, Image, or Likeness Act.

(a)

This chapter applies only to college athletes and intercollegiate sports.

(b)

This chapter does not create an employment relationship between a college athlete and the athlete's institution with respect to the athlete's participation in an intercollegiate sport. This chapter may not be used as a factor in determining whether an employment relationship exists.
