D.C. Code § 38-824.05: Mandatory reporting.

Beginning in 2020, and biennially thereafter, the Office of the State Superintendent shall include information regarding the following in the report required pursuant to § 38-823.03:

(1)

Compliance of public schools and public charter schools with the health education and physical education and activity requirements in this subchapter; and

(2)

Student achievement with respect to health and physical education and activity standards.
