D.C. Code § 4-651.05: Home Visiting Program.

(a)

There is established a Home Visiting Program ("Program"), which shall be administered by DOH in accordance with this section.

(b)

Subject to appropriations, the Program shall be funded from the following sources:

(1)

In Fiscal Year 2019, an amount of $710,566 in local funds;

(2)

In Fiscal Year 2020, an amount of $2 million in local funds;

(3)

Federal grants; and

(4)

Private donations.

(c)

The funds in the Program shall be used to support the provision of home visiting services and home visit system activities.
