D.C. Code § 41-165.05: Unclaimed deposits for excavation work in public space.

(a)

This chapter shall not apply to an unclaimed deposit for excavation work in public space.

(b)

The Mayor shall establish, by rule, the standards and procedures for determining:

(1)

Whether and when an unclaimed deposit for excavation work in public space will be considered abandoned; and

(2)

The custody and ownership of an unclaimed deposit for excavation work in public space.
