D.C. Code § 42-3502.15a(Perm): Voluntary agreement moratorium.

(a)

Notwithstanding the requirements of § 42-3502.15, tenants and housing providers shall not enter into a voluntary agreement pursuant to § 42-3502.15(a) for 2 years beginning on October 1, 2021.

(b)

Subsection (a) of this section shall not affect any voluntary agreements that have already been approved by the Rent Administrator pursuant to § 42-3502.15(b) prior to October 1, 2021.
