D.C. Code § 50-1951.01: Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the term:
(1)
"Collision" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-2201.02(3).
(2)
"DDOT" means the District Department of Transportation.
(3)
"Motor vehicle" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-2201.02(11).
(4)
"MPD" means the Metropolitan Police Department.
