D.C. Code § 50-2352.04: Report on full deployment of autonomous vehicles.

Within one year after October 1, 2021, the Department shall transmit to the Council a report that provides recommendations to safely accommodate the deployment of autonomous vehicles on public roadways for commercial, personal, and any other use the Department determines. The report may include draft legislation or regulations.
