D.C. Code § 7-1721.04: Self-service sale of tobacco.

(a)

No person shall sell or distribute tobacco products, except cigars, through a self-service display.

(b)

Subsection (a) of this section shall not apply to:

(1)

Vending machines that are permitted under § 47-2404(b)(3); or

(2)

Self-service displays that are located in a tobacco specialty store.

(c)

Repealed.
