All records and information of the District of Columbia Homeland Security Commission ("Commission") shall, on October 1, 2026, become the records and information of the Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency ("HSEMA"), and all such records and information obtained by the Commission pursuant to subchapter II of this chapter, shall be destroyed by HSEMA by September 30, 2027.
