D.C. Code § 7-681: Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the term:

(a)

(1)

"Department" means the Department of Health.

(2)

"Long-term care facility" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 7-701.01(7).

(3)

"Long-term care services" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 7-701.01(7A).
