13 Del. C. § 8-410: Untimely registration [Effective Dec. 6, 2026].

If a man registers under § 8-402(a) of this title more than 30 days after the birth of the child, the Office of Vital Statistics shall notify the man that, based on a review of the registration, the registration was not filed timely.
