14 Del. C. § 2405A: Work hours and school schedule.

The work week for employees of the DSCYF Education Unit shall be 37½ hours per week in accordance with the standard work hours for executive branch employees. The school schedule will be developed by DSCYF in coordination with the respective facility operation schedule.
