14 Del. C. § 3443: Herman M. Holloway, Sr. Memorial Scholarship.

(a) One scholarship will be awarded each year to a student who will enter Delaware State University.

(b) The Office will award scholarships only to students who received an offer of admission from Delaware State University. The award must be accepted by the deadline established by the Office and may not be deferred.

(c) Scholarships will be awarded in an amount sufficient to meet the costs of tuition, required fees, room, board, and books at Delaware State University.
