14 Del. C. § 8902E: Definitions.

“Behavioral health professional.” —

A school employee whose position is health care practitioner or social or human services provider who offers services for the purpose of improving an individual’s mental health such as: school counselors; social workers; licensed clinical social workers; school psychologists; and school nurses.
