CHAPTER 50. Involuntary Commitment of Persons With Mental Conditions; Discharge; Procedure

The court may enlarge the time for the performance of acts by the hospital or respondent’s attorney pursuant to this chapter, and of scheduling hearings thereunder, for good cause shown, for a reasonable period, consistent with the rights of the respondent.
