Subchapter VII. Financial Assistance [Effective upon fulfillment of contingency in 85 Del. Laws, c. 349, § 6(b)]

(a) On finding that a hospital is not in compliance with the financial assistance requirements under this subchapter, the Board shall notify the Division of Health Care Quality.

(b) The Division of Health Care Quality may impose civil monetary penalties for the violation of this subchapter.
